Vaagdevi sports club is established in the year 2001 to develop Physical standards and abilities to know and play various Games and Sports. Every year students represents institute in inter-collegiate tournaments conducted by JNTUH. About 20 various Sports/Games like Cricket, Kho-Kho, kabaddi, Volleyball, Basketball, Handball, Football, Throwball , Badminton, Table tennis, Chess, Carrom, Long tennis, Softball, Track and field events like 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, Relay, Short put, Long jump, Javelin throw, Discuss throw, Hammer throw, are conducted every year in the College intramurals.

Vaagdevi Premiere League was started in the year 2021. Every year, we are conducting VPL and selecting suitable College teams.

The Institute of well equipped Gymnasium for Boys and Girls every year, a best Physic will be selected and awarded with Mr. VAAGDEVI TITLE.

A part from this, a meditation center hall is provided for the students emphasize spiritual and physical strength.

Every year the best sports man and best spots women are selected and awarded on annual day function.

OBJECTIVES BEHIND THE SPORTS CLUB:

To promote healthy environment to students.
To extract the abilities from the students those are hidden inside them.
To encourage students to participate in National Level Championship or Tournaments.
To make students physically fit and mentally strong.
