Industrial Visit to Mulukanoor Cooperative Institutions for MBA I Year Students

Vaagdevi College of Engineering (Autonomous), Bollikunta, Warangal, successfully organized an Industrial Visit to Mulukanoor Co-operative Rural Credit and Marketing Society Limited and Mulukanoor Women’s Cooperative Dairy for MBA I Year students on 15 December 2025.

The visit was organized by the Department of Business Management in association with the Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) with the objective of providing students with practical exposure to cooperative business models, rural credit systems, marketing operations, and dairy management practices.

During the visit, students gained valuable insights into the functioning of cooperative institutions, including rural finance, agricultural marketing, procurement processes, supply chain management, quality control, and women-led cooperative entrepreneurship. Officials from the Mulukanoor institutions interacted with the students and explained real-time operational challenges and success strategies adopted by the organizations.

The program was convened by Dr. Y. Bhaskar Rao, Head – MBA, and coordinated by Dr. Venu Kesireddy, Associate Professor and Co-ordinator, ED Cell, whose guidance ensured the smooth and effective execution of the visit.

The industrial visit proved to be highly informative and enriching, bridging the gap between academic learning and industry practices. Students actively participated, asked insightful questions, and expressed appreciation for the opportunity to understand cooperative enterprises and rural development initiatives.
