THE WORKING MODEL OF PURELY CONTACTLESS AUTOMATIC SANITIZER DISPENSER

A team of students and faculty members of the Electronics and Communication Engineering department were recently called upon by Sri. B.Vinod Kumar, Vice Chairman, Telangana State Planning Board, Govt. of Telangana, at his residence in Hyderabad to demonstrate the working model of an innovative, low cost, portable and purely contactless automatic sanitizer dispenser.

The model is developed by B.Tech, II’nd year students BH. Pavan Raja and J. Upender, supported by B. Punith and P. Lolakar Reddy under the guidance of the faculty members Dr. Nishu Gupta of the ECE department who is also the Chief Coordinator of the Institute Innovation Cell, Associate Professor M. Shahsidhar, and Lab Assistant Mr. B. Sudhakar.

Principal Dr. K. Prakash and management have appreciated the device and asked the students to make it available to the people of Warangal at low cost. The team is already getting orders from various dealers for the device.

As per the recommendations from Sri. B. Vinod Kumar, the model is to be presented before the Telangana State Innovation Cell for necessary evaluation.
