The following are the services that shall be offered to the startup and or business registering for boosting and or extending their business to the next level by VCE’s VIBA.

Space and infrastructure: the startups and or business incubatees shall have access to physical resources like allocated office space, computers, printers, scanners, telephone, to be used for the business operation.
Pool Connect: connects the technology available, technologists, technology buyers and technology sellers to all its incubatees. Thus facilitating optimised use of resources across the resource pool. This connects also includes connects to legal advisors, financial advisor accounting and audit, marketing etc.
Seed money: the incubatees may apply as per the application process and follow the procedure to seek the seed amount from VCE’s VIBA.
Manifesting labs: this is an additional setup to optimise physical resource wherein incubatees could work and build a prototype, test system outside of their own workspace on the pre-existing setup. This provides a scope for faster safer and effective R & D to organisations and incubatees.

VIBA initiatives for Startups or incubatees:

Following is the process that will help young entrepreneurs to evolve and grow during their initial years with VCE’s VIBA
Idea Crowning: a platform to express and share their ideas with teams and experts so that the idea could be assessed and views on solution could be taken from experts and advisors.
Idea Filteration: Best of the ideas found to be feasible will now be tested in to filter out after consulting the technologists and other experts.
Seed money: the incubatees may apply as per the application process and follow the procedure to seek the seed amount from VCE’s VIBA.
Field test: the first interaction directly with the market to understand and grow further on the idea for implementation
Seed funding: providing financial support to the startup for a said period of time from various sources.
Marketing: helping the startup to create market presence by having appropriate marketing services.
Execution: making the ball roll i.e reaching the market and being in the real world with the much-awaited utility for the real world.
Deployment Review: understanding the lacuna in the process, product or any other matter resulted in the functioning of startup and revising their action plan as per the discussion and approval from the board.
Growth plan: preparing an actionable plan for survival and support as per the market assessment and expert advice to be an independent unit outside VIBA.
